Registration: 6:45 a.m.-7:45 a.m.
at Recreation Point, Bass Lake

8:00 a.m. sharp:
   First race begins

8:00 a.m. Kids Race
½mile (Ages 7-12)

8:05 a.m. Kids Race
¼mile (Ages 0-6)

8:15 a.m.
2 mile Run / Walk


8:30 a.m.
10k Run

Wheelchairs will start
one minute ahead of runners.

Join us at beautiful Bass Lake, California on Saturday, September 27, 2008 for the Smokey Bear Run / Walk, an event for the whole family to come out and enjoy. This event is part of the "Valley Runner of the Year Series".


Adult entry fee:  $18 for pre-registration or $20 on race day.

Kids entry fee:  $7 for pre-registration or $10 on race day.

The race has been designed for all ages and fitness levels. You can run or walk and feel confident to know your commitment brings us one step closer to helping our community.

2008 Smokey Bear Run InformationProceeds from the Smokey Bear Run / Walk this year will benefit the Madera County Search and Rescue, Madera County Sheriff Department Explorer Post 104, and Local Volunteer Fire Departments.
